Warm welcome by staff. Was at the end of dinner service but they still made sure I was able to get something to eat. Breakfast was great and very filling. Location and parking good not far from Ripon. Lovely area with nice river walk. I really enjoyed my stay even with slight patchy wifi

The inn is quaint , parking easy . Staff is very efficient n helpful . The breakfast cook AJ is absolutely delightful . He arranged a great table n cooked the full English very well. Best we have had !! The bar is very English n we enjoyed the beers n red wines too.
We had dinner n the salt content was a little heavy on my chicken dish. Also, the shower room is very new but pressure is low . We hear a lot of farm traffic in the morning .

Location and the pub were lovely
Food was very good.
Bedroom was a bit musty / dog smells.
Shower & sink didn’t drain so shower tray filled up and I had stop shower. Told staff in morning but think they knew.
