The place was newly renovated and very clean. Owner was responsive and attentive. Neighborhood was okay but traffic was a bit loud. Bedding was clean and kitchen supplies were sufficient. The coffee maker was awesome with a great selection of capsules/pods. Yard could use some attention.

This was a great place to stay. The home is like brand new and attention to making our stay comfortable was exceptional. Our host, Vadim, replied quickly to our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and has a great floorplan. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend this VRBO home.

Great Stay
Brand new place with seamless check in/check out procedures. Place was spotless and had great amenities like espresso machine, bottled water, laundry, etc.
Only recommendation I would make is to add curtains in the bedrooms.

Nice and clean, easy access to major roads like the 95 and the I-90.

Luxurious property, great location, new and shiny!
Absolutely loved the place: clean, spacious, a great floor plan, high quality kitchen, and very stylish overall. Calphalon cookware, turkish towels, high quality bedding and down pillows gave us 'like home' feeling.
And it's like 5 minutes of driving to the City park we went to everyday.

We booked the property for a short two-night stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with prior to our stay. Upon arriving at the property, we were very impressed with not only the location but also the amazing property itself. We stepped into a very clean, organized and well equipped home. Everything we needed and more! Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations with well appointed furnishings. Everything you could need. It was only two Guests in our party and could easily accommodate a few more. Location is good but not a walk to downtown Couer d’Alene. Short drive. Also property sits on a well traveled road which can be extremely noisy. Stayed July 4th holiday with extensive traffic and very late night noise from neighbors and cars. Overall the property is nice but be aware it is not quiet.

Coeur d'Alene Weekend
We were very pleased with the rental. The amenities were all very nice and the extra items that were available were appreciated. My in laws have never stayed at vrbo before and they very much enjoyed it. My father in law is hoping to make this an annual trip as long as we can stay at this place again.

We loved staying at this property in Coeur d’Alene. The space is beautiful throughout with great attention to detail & thoughtful touches. Beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated having ample space in the garage to store our bikes (plus car). We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
