The location is amazing, just or 5th Avenue and Strow from the Rockefeller Centre.

There were no dining facilities in the hotel, no bar and, aside from a tiny gym area, no leisure facilities.

Super Lage, direkt an der 5th Avenue. Sehr nah zur Subway zum Rockefeller Center (ca.7 min) und zu Grand central (3 min.) Der Times Square war in 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren riesig, wunderschönes Bad mit Dusch-WC. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten das Gepäck am letzten Tag im Hotel lagern, da unser Flug erst abends ging.

In unseren 9 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nur einmal sauber gemacht.

위치가 정말 좋아요. 5번가 바로 옆입니다.

청소가 3일에 한번씩되고, 물도 그때그때 요청해야 되는점. 디포짓도 100달러있는데 말로만 설명하고 어떻게 차지되는지 설명이 없네요

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was so big, we had plenty of space. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The room in person was so much better than the photos when booking. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had an amazing view too - the stay was for my partners birthday and I requested a room with a view and they really delivered! The location is great, close to a lot of places to get food, subway stops and walkable to some attractions such as the Rockefeller Centre, Grand Central, the MOMA and Central Park.

The only minor thing I would mention is the hotel doesn't have a restaurant (But this is stated when booking and we managed to find food close by).

Ho trascorso 5 notti presso questa struttura Hilton ed ho trovato un servizio davvero eccellente! Lo staff é stato sempre disponibile, dal primo momento mi ha accolto con cordialità e mi ha aiutato su come muovermi a New York. La camera era super spaziosa, con vista incredibile su Rockfeller center. Il bagno molto ampio con doccia larga e water riscaldante, disponibile anche asciugacapelli elettrico. La camera predispone di una macchinetta del caffè con 6 cialde: 2 caffè regular, 2 caffè decaffeinato e 2 te. La posizione però é il punto forte del hotel. Si trova proprio a due passi sulla 5th avenue sulla 48st E. A due passi c’è il rochfeller center e il sacks. Poi a pochi passi tutti i miglior negozio di Ncy come H&M, Best Buy, Nike, Oakley e soprattutto NBA store. La posizione é ottima anche per raggiungere Grand Central station che é proprio a 5 minuti dall’Hotel. Super consigliato!

Que no limpian diario el cuarto y se supone que uno contrato hotel por eso no me fui a casa o departamento y eso nunca lo ponen en la reserva.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Bed was comfortable. Room good size. Loved everything in the room. Staff are very friendly. Guest services was fast

The hotel unfortunately didnt have a designated seating area for us to sit and wait for our airport taxi.. We had to wait at the Terrace and if we needed to use the restroom we had to go downstairs in the lobby. Lobby has a very small sofa that doesnt fit us.

Perfectly located near 5th, Walking distance to several key subway lines and Grand Central. Large room, excellent shower, intelligent toilet (interesting, and under utilised!), comfy bed, great Aircon.

Tea/Coffee facilities - machine is quite slow vs modern machines, and we always forgot to ask for the coffee to be refilled. only topped up 2 pods at a time and we only remembered to ask once!

All night long vibration and heavy construction side noise, not the hotel‘s fault but avoid it!!!

That I always had to walk somewhere to find food and drinks.

L'emplacement géographique est très bien, on peut faire énormément de choses à pied, endroit très sécurisé.

Le ménage, en 9 nuits, ménage fait seulement une fois, il a fallu aller réclamer pour avoir un second ménage. J'avais demandé une chambre dans les étages supérieures, j'étais seulement au 11éme avec vus les équipements dans la cour.

Localizado no meio de tudo, mas ainda assim numa rua calma. A poucos passos da 5a. Equipe excepcional. Chegamos muito cedo e apesar do nosso check in ser as 15:00, tivemos nosso quarto liberado as 11:00. Super novo o hotel.

I am in the process of making a complaint. I booked for a relative and reserved the room for payment at the hotel. The couple were nervous that on arrival their cards would not work and offered to pay in advance of arrival. I contacted the hotel and went through a credit card approval process on their behalf, authorising payment in full for their stay, with the Front of House Guest Services Manager who confirmed that payment in full had been made the day prior to arrival. Upon arrival the receptionist told the couple that only one night had been paid for and they had to pay the remainder in full…a total of £2300+. This caused an awful lot of upset, international calls, transfer of monies etc. it was really shoddy of the hotel to not know what was agreed, authorised and paid for. Not good enough
