The staff was very kind and always helpful and made our stay very good
Prime location, very easy access to all methods of transpoirt being only a few blocks away from Grand Central as well as being walking distances from prime retail locations
The AC in the rooms were quite noise
There were some allowences on the room charge (moeny that could be used in teh restaurant, room service and laundry) but it was not really clear on how to use them, nor how they were applied to the bill

Well located, clean rooms, great suite with kitchenette.
Breakfast was good but not great.

Staff, location, room were all fantastic. Accommodated us as a family extremely well.
Hot water didn’t work for 2 of the 3 days properly. It only worked after the water was run for 10+ minutes/seemed to work better at night. All else was great.
