It was a lovely hotel and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even going as far as offering to pack some breakfast for me to take to my meeting - lovely will happily stay again
It was all great

Friendly staff. Clean. Great location for Bicester outlet village. Lovely bar with live music.
Nothing although a fridge in the room would have been nice.

The staff and owner were very good, friendly and made you feel part of the family. The food was good and plenty of it.
Good car parking in the hotels own land. Situation right in the town within easy walking distance.
There was nothing to dislike from our point of view.

Clean sheets, great location to shops and nice breakfast. Good sized bathroom. Good amount of toiletries.
Price for bed and breakfast, rear exterior very unkempt, gardens not maintained like in Booking.com photos, room is very dated indeed, paper thin curtains, interior needs updating, blackout velvet curtains on landing but not in bedroom.
