check in and check out was fast and convent the support from booking .com an Edgewater was good

would be nice to have a map to with parking and finding rooms the guest need to be informed what vhe parking and size of parking spaces let cars and small suvs know to park in the garage prier to arrival

the internet for the television didn’t work consistently

The location was amazing and the close proximity to parking, shopping and restaurants was good. The area and landscaping was beautiful and relaxing.

The floor of our condo was dirty. Our feet and socks were black from only a few minutes of walking on it. TV was horrible. They had Blu-ray players but they couldn’t hook to Netflix or any other movie app successfully. The shower could’ve been bigger to match the extravagant room and price.

Location and the view

Couch and love seat are very old and dirty .. need thrown away .. bathroom is original 70s-80s .. kitchen is outdated washer and dryer don’t match .. floors don’t match and vibe .. Extra bed was broke with a sign on it from real joy vacations sorry about the inconvenience.. our company did not stay with us that was suppose to .. Rented a hotel instead .. place needs renovated.. Does not match pictures.. looks way nicer when booking
