Closer to the train station and the bus station

Great location fairly close to the train station, very quiet rooms facing a courtyard, nice breakfast, spacious shower with good pressure
The rooms were worn and needed a refresh

The hotel is located in a quiet back yard, so you don't get disturbed by the traffic. The bed is fine, the bathroom spacious enough (except the sink), water flow is fine both hot and cold, price level is reasonable. Overall fairly good value for money. Location also good if you need to be near the train station.
The room is very cramped. There is no space to open a big suitcase. I also tried the Georgian restaurant that seems to belong to the hotel (I had to pay for my minibar consumption there, so that's a strong indication). It was OK, but frankly a lot worse than most other Georgian places I have tried in Ukraine.
