The calm expertise of the staff, big shout out to Kathy who was helpful and understanding. Fantastic location , central to lots of activities and great food/ bars. I will definitely stay there again.

Good location and comfortable. Staff were exceptional especially Kathy and Rahul with whom we had interaction and sought advice and guidance.
Slightly small

We liked the location, staff, breakfast was good but not enough selection, e.g. scrambled or poached eggs available, room was clean
Room was small and odd shape, telly was in an alcove with only one armchair, so you couldn't see it from the bed, a lot of programmes were unavailable. not a lot of space in room to unpack clothes. Breakfast was good but hot water flask for tea wasn't hot, had to use dinner plates for side plates, just some small moans that shouldn't happen for this price.
