The room was very spacious and clean. The town was cute and we enjoyed the evening walk.
Did not have adequate parking. We arrived at dark and it was hard to find the lobby. It needs to be on the first floor not second floor or better directions
We went down to check out at 6:30am and there was no one there to help. Was a sign on a touch screen pad for assistance call next door to Hampton Inn. Felt like that was not good customer service.
Also my daughter ask for fresh towels and two hours later still no towels. I had to get them myself from the cleaning staff of which they had not been told to take them to her. There should be at least four sets of towels in each room. Some people (like ourselves) take a shower of morning and night.
