Serai Hotel

This hotel sits right in the old town with an extremely convenient location. Most attractions are around a 20-minute walk away. The room rate is reasonably priced, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of food. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. I’d like to give special praise to a staff member named Sue. I arrived quite early on my first day, and she kindly helped arrange my check-in. She even invited me to enjoy breakfast, where I had several cups of coffee. She found a comfortable space for me to wait until my room was ready.

The only downside is that the room is rather small. Once I opened my suitcase, there was barely any extra space to move around.

It was very clean and comfortable. Welcome was very good and specially from suzan she helped us in the early check in and the breakfast and she was always smiling as we felt always at home

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and polite — especially Ferhat and Deniz, who truly stood out. Their exceptional service made our stay much more comfortable and welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city. It's very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, the Metro, and shopping centers — all within walking distance.

There are a few areas that could use improvement. The room felt quite small, particularly if you're traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, and it seemed like general room maintenance could be better. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable. Overall, we didn’t feel the experience offered full value for the money spent.
