Grand Bazaar Hotel Merve

Their professionalism, hospitality and customer service was outstanding. The hotel room was clean. Highly recommended especially for families.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Bazaar Hotel Merve! The location is just perfect - only 2-3 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar, and very close to tram station and all historical places in Sultanahmet. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was super comfortable, AC worked perfectly and bathroom was spotless. They clean every day. What I liked most was the staff - very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Especially the reception helped me with everything, from directions to airport transfer. You really feel at home. For the price and location in Fatih, this is definitely one of the best choices in Istanbul. I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Grand Bazaar Hotel Merve team!
