The home, the backyard and proximity to the beach made this property!!!! Just beautiful!

This was our first trip to Dewey Beach and were so pleased! The Beach was clean, smoke-free and dog-friendly during off hours. This house made our trip though. Gorgeous! Updated bathrooms, beautiful living room, fenced-in yard and screened-in porch. It included all the amenities of home and then some! The owners responded promptly when we thought there was an issue with the refrigerator. The Beach was only a half block to the left and a half a block to the right were small stores, bars and restaurants. Very convenient! The only downside to this was the noise level one night (music playing loudly til 1:30-2:00 in the morning). This happened to be the last night of the Summer. The rest of our stay was pretty quiet. We are considering returning next year!

What a place! The house was more than enough space for our family of 11. The cooks loved the large kitchen and counter space, beverage cooler and a second sink was a nice bonus. The adults occupied the comfy living room and kids watched TV in the screened porch. The fenced yard was perfect for the toddler, morning coffee and cocktails under the string lights. The outside shower with H&C water was great for after the beach. A beach wagon and chairs were available for use. We appreciated the labeled light switches, starter rolls of TP and space in cabinet for our supplies. Michelle was super to work with, responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to future stays.

We were 9 adults, 2 small children and 2 dogs and this house had plenty of space for everyone. The living area on the first floor is large and the kitchen is big enough to accommodate multiple cooks. Big refrigerator plus a large separate beverage cooler meant there was plenty of room for food and drink. The screened in porch was an oasis if inside got too crazy. The yard is lovely and was enjoyed by children and pets alike. Large gas grill for BBQ. Michele was awesome in answering questions and addressing needs during our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home. The open floor plan in the kitchen/dining area lead to some great times at meals. The fenced in back yard was an oasis where we spent a lot of time. I would highly recommend this property!

This house is amazing! Michele was so accommodating and helpful. Quick response to any questions we had. The privacy fence and outdoor screened in porch with a television was great to sit outside and play cards. Our families traveled here from NY and Wilmington to celebrate the holiday. The house had everything for cooking and serving. The decor is nice and updated bathrooms with good water pressure is great. The beds are comfortable and spacious. We set the baby up in the smallest guest room and it was perfectly cozy for her. The house is spotless. We will definitely try and stay here for holidays with our family. We’re hooked ;)

Our stay in October was truly wonderful. It was pet friendly which is great. Location was perfect- walkable to all downtown Dewey shops and restaurants and just a short drive to Rehobeth. Property owner was great fo work with as well.

We stayed for a long weekend and even though the weather didn’t always cooperate with our plans, because the house is so comfortable, we didn’t notice. The backyard and the screened-in porch is a perfect compliment to the beach. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Our stay at 19-B McKinley was comfortable. There was more than enough space for a family of 6 to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the short stroll to the beach was a perfect distance. I would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a great time! The house is very large and all of the bedrooms are upstairs which made it great for not disturbing those sleeping while others were awake. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk to the end of the block. Overall, we had a great time and were happy with our stay!

Very nice house with a short walk to the beach. We had the back unit which gave us access to the fenced back yard area and screened in porch, great for us since we had 2 dogs. Bedrooms are all good size and plenty of room in the kitchen/living/dining area. Highly recommend.

19B McKinley Street may well be the most outstanding rental property in Dewey Beach. It met and exceeded all of our expectations and made for an outstanding vacation for us. We have rented houses in Dewey for the last 25 years so have a frame of reference for our opinion of this fine property. Owner Marcia takes great pains to ensure that the property is in outstanding condition. The decor, upkeep and maintenance are excellent. The photos on VRBO do not do justice to the expansive first floor with its extra large family room, large and modern kitchen, huge dining table and sitting room. The biggest and most pleasant shock was the size and comfort of the screened porch. What a bonus! There are in in effect 3 master bedrooms plus two additional bedrooms that can each accomodate 3 people. While there are only two full bathrooms (plus a lavatory downstairs) this did not turn out to be a problem for our party of six adults. 19B McKinley is a premium rental and is priced accordingly. It is, however, in my opinion, worth every penny. Many thanks to Marcia and manager Jordan for making our stay highly memorable.

This home was exactly as it was presented. The location was close to the beach and walking distance to food, bars and shopping. The fenced backyard and screened in porch was awesome for entertainment. We will definitely stay again.

Great place 4 houses from the beach. It is the backside of a duplex that keeps the steel noise to a minimum. Would definitely rent again.

House was exactly as advertised and in a great location by the beach and in the downtown area. Everything was clean and the backyard was fantastic.

We loved the location of this home to the beach as well as the restaurants and nite life. The family room was perfect for our family of 7 with plenty of room while watching a football game. The large comfortable bedrooms were ideal for everyone’s own space. Having the backyard was ideal for the dogs so they could get a bath after their beachtime each evening. We would definitely rent this home again.

We had a family of 8 plus 2 dogs stay at this house, and it was wonderful! The house is nicely furnished, and the backyard was very convenient for the dogs to have a place to run around. The house is also on a street with beach access, which made it very easy to go back and forth during the day. Check in was simple, and the property manager was responsive. H would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!
