Easy parking, quiet area, close to restaurants and nice elevator to take stuff in. Really very pleased for our first visit. Thanks!

The property was very nice with lots of room.

Super beach rental. The house is beautiful and the location is ideal--steps from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the (many) decks. Our group included our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren and we were especially surprised and pleased at how child friendly the house is. Besides the large communal living room (which allowed the kids to play nearby but not on top of the adults) the house came with a large number of fun toys for kids. The elevator is a plus given that the kitchen is on the third floor. Having the ability to park 4 cars without extra cost was also a plus. Bill, the property manager, is fantastic (can't say enough good things about him). He responded to questions immediately and with good humor. We would all highly recommend this beach house.

The realtors at CB were also very helpful when we needed to call. The house had many amenities, we were especially thankful for the elevator when we had enough groceries to feed 8 people for a week. The number of porches was also a huge plus. Some of the smaller things in the house could use some upkeep - the handle fell off the freezer door on our first day and the garage door stopped working when it rained (we called the realtor about both issues and they were helpful). The single beds throughout the house were all deemed uncomfortable by our kids, but the queen size beds were all comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The home was perfect. My family and grandchildren had a blast!! Lots of room for games and kids to play. The three floors and two balcony’s with ocean view were wonderful. Morning coffee on the front balcony had a really nice beach and bay view. The in house elevator made loading and unloading easy. The location is steps from the beach entrance ramp and once you park you can walk everywhere on Dewey Beach!! We hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did 😊

Couldn't have been happier. Property is terrific and was the perfect size and location for our family gathering. Everything was easy. Loved it. Recommend highly.
