We had a great stay here with two families and 6 kids! The house was very clean and comfortable for all of us. We had a private chef come and cook for us each day and she said the house had all kitchen utensils she needed to cook for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The master on the second floor was to die for and so spacious and comfy! We rented a golf cart to explore the neighborhood and cruise! We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property and excellent location. Recommend property manager and cleaners have a better inspection system so home is in safe and complete working order for incoming guests.
Beach equipment is in need of replacement.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious yet cozy beach house. Literally steps to a beautiful beach (5 houses away) and close to several nature parks, restaurants and Publix. The house was spotless and Alina, the house manager was very responsive =to any issues. We would definitely rent this lovely house again!

The house worked perfectly for our family of ten. The pool and it’s perfect size was a bit hit for all our ages, ranging from 2 to 66! There was everything for the most part there that we needed from bedding to towels to kitchen utensils. We all agreed we come back again!

House is great, location is great. Tenants the week before us seemed a bit irresponsible, maybe even destructive, but owner responded to every problem promptly.

The house is as nice as pictured in a beautiful and quiet area. The elevator works which is great for a 3 story. The pool and spa were great even in the hot Florida sun that heat the water up lol.
Marineland is 5 minutes away and a must do experience in my opinion.
There are a number of good restaurants on the A1A that are super close. 15 minutes from restaurants and shops at Flagler and a half hour from St Augustine was perfect in my opinion.
We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could of been longer.

We had a wonderful week. The house is gorgeous and the location is amazing, just a few houses away from a very quiet beach. The pool was fantastic. Having an elevator in the house made it a breeze to get around the house. We appreciated the number of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach accessories available. The ocean view from the third floor deck was beautiful. The house was very clean and communication with the property owner was very easy when needed. We will definitely be back again.

We loved our stay. Description of property and reviews are spot on. A gem! The expansive view off of the third floor (main floor) deck includes ocean and open preserved park area. Everything you need in the house. Management team very responsive throughout.

The house was stunning! Loved the amount of space for my family, having all king sized beds for all adults, and a bathroom. The kids’ room was next to the parents on the top floor with the main kitchen for ease for those early wake up calls The pool was a nice size and heated. The kitchen is huge but needs to be restocked with kitchen tools, mixing bowls, and drink glasses.
We will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Really huge house within 3-5 min walk to the beach. The house was modern and decorated well. The only issue we had was the AC unit was out on the first floor due to a compressor issue so they had two temporary AC units working on the first floor. It did the job in the bedroom but a little warm in the family living room; plus it was a bit louder.
I also wish we had more privacy in the back yard—fence was super low on our end. Hedges would do the trick.

Great house
Clean and nice house. Three levels was convenient to have space. Elevator was a nice convenience. Loved that we could bring our pets. The road was a mess with construction, but we dealt with it and it didn’t take away from the vacation. Nice short walk to basically private beach. We will book again.

Heavenly stay
Our family bad a wonderful stay at 'Villa Nautilus'. Great amenities and multiple areas to socialize or just get some privacy to work remotely or take a nap. The pool and spa were a welcome respite after a hot day at the beach. Just perfect jn every way!

Amazing Beach House!
My family and I wanted to start a new holiday tradition this year. We decided to rent a vacation beach home for 2 weeks. This was the best decision we could have made. We had an amazing time together for Christmas and New Year's. The fact that this home is dog friendly was a huge positive. The home was very clean. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub. The location was amazing! We will definitely be back. The distance to the beach and all the available beach chairs and floats to use were another bonus! Just overall great vacation home!!!!!!

If you are staying for extended amount of time with large party be prepared to restock the home immediately and buy your own cleaning products. The home is gorgeous
