The flat was exceptional. It was so lovely and clean and the location is AMAZING. Really enjoyed our stay for my wedding - the venue is so central it made it all so easy.

The sash windows let in a lot of noise, there was a busker outside until 1am on Friday and 2am Saturday, and the road sweeper woke me at 5am. Not the fault of the flat and owners but worth considering if you're a light sleeper

Bright comfortable spacious apartment with a great location in the centre of Worcester. 2 shower rooms.

Single glazing meant sleep was disturbed by street cleaning and shop alarms.

The accommodation was great! Suited our needs perfectly and found it to be very modern, clean and inviting. It was in a great location - ideal!

A couple of things we struggled with was the heating in the kitchen - we couldn’t seem to get the heater to work. We managed to get the others working ok and the rest of the rooms were very cosy but unfortunately ‘for what ever reason’ the kitchen remained cold. Thankfully it was a room we didn’t need to spend much time in. The other problem we had was the temperature of the showers ... they seemed a bit changeable during showering. Went from lovely and hot to a quick blast of cold in both showers. Neither of these things spoilt our stay!

Location good, lovely to be able to control heating. showers were nice and hot. kitchen had everything we needed but wish more pressure on hot running water. Found carpark (St Smithins) only £3.50 for 24 hours

out of hosts control were the dustbin men emptying street bins at 6 each morning then drivers delivering to shops before their allocated time of ,8.30 also glad we didnt have any disabled person or any health issues because werent told how many stairs to climb. when 4 adults sharing settee was too close for comfort especially in covid times. Think carpets and settee due for a shampoo

The showers were not good, either boiling or freezing,impossible to control and quite dangerous,had to sacrifice washing hair as could not stay in long enough,.Also if there had been a number on the outside door would have saved us 30mins walking up and down trying to find.eventually had to buzz someone kn another set of flats for help

1. There should be an explanation of how to use the showers in the bathrooms - it is impossible for 2 people to shower at the same time. As this is linked to the provision of hot water I understand you cannot change this. However, if we had known to stagger showers we would have been a lot happier. Put this explanation in the information book. 2. Lack of anything to make coffee in - a simple cafetière would have made a big difference (not an enormous cost). 3. Some of the crockery and pans were unclean - as a result we had to wash everything before making a cup of tea. This should be checked when the property is cleaned. 4. We found several items behind the sofa - quite visible if you glanced over the back of the sofa. Very distasteful to find other people's dirty clothes. 5. Lack of anywhere to put/hang anything in the bathrooms. I do not like to put my clothes on the floor.

Excellent layout and facilities in apartment. In centre of city was great advantage.

A little noisy at night but it was the University "rag week" !!

The flat was exactly like the pictures, really spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. The bedrooms were lovely and light and having 2 bathrooms was great. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was easy and smooth. The flat has great views of the town and is really convenience as you are right in the centre of town and minutes away from everything you need.

This has nothing to do with the flat itself but because it's in the centre of town, it's noisy on weekends nights - I was there on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday and its was really noisy all 3 nights with people out in town until at least 2 am. Sunday night was quiet - so if you're looking for somewhere for a peaceful weekend then this isn't for you but if you want to be in the centre of everything it's brilliant.

Location is superb, everything you could possibly need is nearby. cleanliness was excellent, facilities great with two shower rooms, big feel about the place, beds comfortable, kitchen ideal.

I’m sure it was an oversight but no loo roll, so a quick dash to the nearby shop was needed. Of course I’m being picky because everything else was excellent. Can be quite noisy at night due to being in the city centre and single pane windows but it’s part of the experience and quickly get accustomed to it.

The flat itself was beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay here, the noise outside at night was a bit annoying but to be expected staying in the city centre over a weekend. Everything was spot on in terms of communication with staff, it was easy to get in touch and get information. Spotless apartment and really cosy! Thanks.

Lòvely comfortable accommodation great location for everything. There are three flights of stairs if you have mobility issues it would use again .could do with a couple more hangers in wardrobe.

Lovely property great location

Payed a damage deposit of £200 and was refunded £150 without any explanation or even informed of why property was left tidy but was charged £50 out of deposit so the property cud be cleaned stay well away otherwise u will be short changed when it is up to the rental company to ensure the property is fully cleaned and immaculate for next guest so unless u want to be scrubbing down to a COVID standard I would avoid these theifs
