The place was really clean and had clearly been recently furnished to a high standard. The location was really good within a few minutes walk of the city centre.

There were two very steep flights of stairs without very effective banisters. These would be dangerous for young children or older people. We found them difficult. There is no instruction manual which would have been a big help. The property is run by a company and although their contact was efficient it felt very impersonal.

The house is situated next to student housing where partying continued throughout the night and very early hours .Little sleep and woken by banging on our door at 7.30 am Guest homes poor agents booking process very long winded need to jump through hoops during booking process and agents did not always communicate well .Payed an additional fee per head for late checkout but was then told we couldn't have it .Once they realised that payment had been made for late checkout they eventually clarified that this had been agreed However despite ongoing messaging the cleaner turned up at 1000 instead of 1200...awkward experience wouldn't use the company again No welcome pack instructions or personal touches
