Location couldn’t have been any better! Right in the center. Large and roomy. Comfortable with all the amenities. Nice kitchen and living room. Comfortable bedrooms and beds

Very central to the city shops.
No information available on how to operate the washing machine ( they are all a bit different) or the cooker.

you can't fault the location, it is central to shops, restaurants etc
on entering the property ,the entrance had leaves inside the front door. The beds had not been made and looked like someone had just got out of bed. The crockery and glasses were dirty, the freezer drawers were filthy.The carpet hadn't been cleaned. We called the company and they sent a cleaner over immediately. The cleaner spent over 1 1/2 hours making the beds cleaning the accommodation and the crockery and freezer compartments. Next morning my wife was having breakfast, when the curtain pole fell and caught her on her head. After several telephone conversations the accommodation gave us £30 compensation. The only luxury that was in the accommodation was hot running water. never again.

the location of this apartment was perfect for our needs
There are no wardrobes in the apartment, just some hooks with clothes hangers, the shower in the ensuite bedroom was quite poor, the one in the main bathroom was fine, the heater/radiator in the kitchen/ living area did not work, this apartment was advertised as "Luxurious", we found it to be basic budget accommodation.

Easy to access the town, good facilities for short stay.
Noisy at night particularly, in area of little other residents and near nightclubs and taxi ranks.
The windows need replacing / updating soon. Asked for twin room in one not provided. Cleanliness of some towels provided not great.

Location was perfect. Very quiet due to internal windows. Had everything I needed.
The overall appearance was shabby and run down considering it is advertised as luxurious, I felt this was misleading for what I was expecting. Mattress was not ideal, no wardrobes just hangers on peg hooks. Very unclear instructions on booking, deposits, when payments are needed and links to use.

it was very tidy and very well presented when we arrived, the key was easy accessible and the property owner that we spoke to was reassuring and made sure we knew where everything was and if we had any problems not to hesitate getting in touch
I wouldn’t say there was anything that I didn’t like about the property to be honest

The location is fantastic - right in the city centre, within easy walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, museums, churches, and the train station and cathedral. It is nicely decorated and clean, with the kitchen being well equipped.
The sofa bed wasn't fit for two adults, being too small and not a conventional pullout bed, and we had five adults in my family staying there, with two of us sleeping on the sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed one night, and my brother slept on it the other night. Neither of us had a good night's sleep, and I woke up with cramp in one of my legs, due to it not being possible to align my legs with the rest of my body because of the bed being too short and having to rest my feet on a pile of pillows. The sofa bed might suit two small children or one adult; but not two adults.
It would've been good if there were mirrors in the master bedroom and the en-suite bathroom.

Location was central and mostly quiet, close to parking and many restaurants and shops.
The only slight negative was that we could have used more oven trays as 1 was not enough for us to prepare a meal on our arrival.

Property was comfortable with spacious bedroom.
Check in was very stressful as property was double booked. Filthy door/entrance hallway not welcoming at all. Steep and narrow stairs. Location very noisy - drunk late night revellers. Heavy road noise from 4.30 am onwards. Dirty crockery/cutlery.

Lovely apartment in a great location, right in the middle of town. 10/10 all around. Pillows were so comfy I wanted to take one (but I didn't). Thank you, definitely stay again

Breakfast was not included. Location is good, very central.
The main front door entrance is shabby and presents a poor first impression. Cannot lock it without keys and was often left unlocked by other residents. En suite not working, the toilet had a sign on saying it would flood if flushed. No hot water in the en suite shower. Duvet on master bed was damp leading to a damp mattress. Leak on external wall outside master bedroom, walls damp and can hear constant dripping in the master bedroom. Freezer hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, lots of crumbs and food debris. This place needs some care and attention to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

The property was clean and comfortable, well equipped and well furnished. I had asked specifically to make sure we had sheets etc for the sofa bed but alas, there were none though there were pillows and duvets. When I telephoned they said it would be resolved but no sheets appeared . It wasn’t a big problem, my son made do and had my two spare pillows from the double bed. Otherwise it was a lovely flat, easy to find and very near a pay car park which does 24hr parking though I did have an issue with their machine!
I’ve just received my credit card bill and see that they haven’t reimbursed me the £200 deposit I paid. Please could I have this ASAP. Thank you.
Well I’ve just put a bout the sheets and the fact that I haven’t had my £200 pounds deposit back in the above box. Surely they should have reimbursed me immediately.

Location was good, but that’s about it.
Toenails all over the sofa. Curry spilt on the floor in two locations, kitchen surfaces had not been cleaned.
Overall very dirty and disappointing, I would have thought during covid they would at least make a small effort to clean the place.
Host non stop hassling us, 17 emails in total asking absolutely everything about us, was half expecting to have to do biometric tests when we arrived.
Not a good weekend, we last after one night.
