The residence was clean, quiet and well located. It was spacious enough for two parents and two teenagers, and the laundry room was quite nice. We also enjoyed the board games.

Bikes were advertised with the listing and there was only one, which was old and unsafe. The advertised grill did not get hot enough to cook, and when we moved our meal inside to the oven, that only reached a warmish temperature as well. This was disappointing as we had planned to eat in, and even if the appliances had worked, there were only 2-3 pots and pans. The beach that was advertised turned out to be very rocky, covered with seaweed, and featuring the carcass of a dead whale covered with maggots and issuing a very unpleasant stench, so we were disappointed with that as well.
