AIMA Ueno East

Easy access nice staff

The dark black sign board, i was unable to find hotel at arrival in night. Plz put a bright sign board

Washing machine! And the shower room can be used as a drying facility. Convenient stores nearby. Shortcuts to major shopping area.

The rooms are large and has lots of useful facilities. It’s near exit 1 & 2 of Ueno station, though it’s still a significant walk to the station itself. The best part about the room is how smart the space was utilised despite being so compact, my favourite being the shower room doubling up as a drying room for laundry (especially useful because we came around the rainy season). The baby cot provided was also nice and soft, not the hard wooden type. Highly recommended for families with babies! The 7-11 and Lawson are just within 1-5 minutes walk away depending on how fast you walk.

Easy walking distant from train station.

When we check in, the room is not clean as we expected, the floor is sticky and we see dust on the wall at the back of the fridge. They only clean once during our 6 days staying, the second time the cleaning crew did a great job. The person” Kaung” we gave him/her thumbs up.
