We went to Clearwater and swam at the beach while staying at this location. We also has a great breakfast at Crabby's right on the beach. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed to rest, refresh, and prepare a meal before the next leg of your trip. You could tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into decorating and providing a comfortable accommodation! If we would have stayed longer we would have checked out Tampa and would have spent some time around the cute fire pit area that was available to use.

Everything was great, but we could have used a couple kitchen towels and kitchen washcloths.

There is a lots of room for a good price. Location is ok, it is right off downtown area. It is quiet, we did not experiencing any disturbing. Overall, it was quite pleasant

Apartment lighting could use some adjustment. Apartment and the room was dark at night.

It was a nice place to stay . Nice and quiet neighborhood . It could have more tv’s but overall great place to stay

Great location for what we went for. 30 min to Clearwater beach and 16 min to bush gardens! Short drive to downtown Tampa! Quiet neighborhood.

Wish it had more than one bathroom for the amount of rooms it had. Kinda hard for 5 adults to just use one restroom. Also one thing I think that should be fixed is the door frame around where the door knob locks. It looked like it was about to break. Felt like with one good push or kick anyone can just break in the apartment.

clean place modern very equipped close to everything

The area was safe and the apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, it was close to major shopping centers and great little neighborhood restaurants. The hosts were amazing, we had a problem with our fridge and they send the maintenance right away with a new fridge. The hosts also answer within the hour so it was amazing communication thank you.

there was no broom or vacuum to clean up. The beds were uncomfortable for people with bad back. they had limited Kitchen items.
