Nice view of the ocean and grounds from the deck. Enjoy the beach and pool. We especially enjoyed having restaurants nearby that we could walk to. Great location on the east side of the island.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this unit. The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the unit is beautiful, with great ocean views, beautiful grounds to look at, and the pool in front of the unit. We loved the location ! We were able to walk to do shopping, go out to restaurants and enjoy lovely walks along the water. We also found it was a great central location for drives up north as well as to the south side of the Island.We would not hesitate to book this unit again and highly recommend it.

was basically a good experience . many pluses about this condo with only a couple negative . older building is quite noisy . people and cars coming and going roosters crowing . lots of stomping from the unit above us . other than that it was pretty good

The condo itself was lovely and clean and had the most beautiful view. The complex was beautiful, the saltwater pool was amazing and having its own beach access along with a keki area was an absolute plus! Location is pretty central. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week!

We could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the breeze that blew, especially at night, made for great sleeping.
My mother has mobility issue. She could sit on the Lania looking out over the ocean and pool.
The location of the unit was perfect. There is a beautiful walking trail along the ocean that provided great access to Kapaa. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great spacious condo with fabulous view, protected beach, and walking distance to grocery, restaurants and Passion Bakery, with great breakfast and fresh malsadas. The condo was well supplied with towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

I actually liked that there was no air conditioning, the breeze was lovely and fans in the place were nice if there wasn't a breeze. We really enjoyed that there were boogie boards and snorkle things so we didn't have to rent anything! The beach was great. The first part of our trip, it was the best on island, sand covered the rocks, second half of trip the rocks were exposed so boogie boarding wasn't great, too much of a chance hitting rocks. It is a protected beach so it was nice to just float in the water. The sand on this beach is unlike others, not fine so you can't make sand castles very well, it doesn't stick to everything and was lovely feel to your feet. We liked the pool, nice size and warmer than the ocean, nice to go from ocean to pool. The place was beautiful, great place for taking portraits. Parking was close and easy, condo had everything we needed. Washer and Dryer in unit was nice, we used it more than I thought we would, helpful to just wring out swimsuits so they dried faster.

My daughter and I did a last minute booking to Kauai. We wanted to stay centrally located since we were only on the island for 4 days. This place was perfect for that! We were able to see most of the island without a long drive in any direction. The unit was super clean, well stocked without being over stocked. There were beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and everything we needed. The complex is really well maintained and located within walking distance of some great places to eat, such as Lava Lava and other places. We would highly recommend this unit! The manager was great and responded to our needs immediately!

Everything about this property was amazing! The hosts instructions were super easy to follow, and even though we arrive really late at night, we had no problem getting into our unit. The only negative was that the weather was really hot and humid and the unit did not have any air conditioning, which I know is pretty common for beachfront properties. But overall would definitely recommend.

Great location. Although no a/c, rooms and condo were very comfortable with opened windows/screens with fresh air. A bit noisy in early am morning with the birds chirping but after a few days easy to get used to. Good amenities, including beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler. Great to have in-unit laundry.

Beautiful view,location,grounds and vegetation. Furniture a bit dated and could use more color, in fabric and wall hangings.Pocket door in bathroom hard to unlock and screen door to deck needs repair (hard to open and close).OCan't get decent picture on tv when use, could be tv cable box or modem. I can’t express enough how perfect this unit was for my family. The views were amazing and when it rained I could still sit on the covered lanai and read. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, and even had extra beach towels which is something I don’t always see at beach units, so I very much appreciated that. The agent was quick to respond and always helpful when we had questions. We all enjoyed the pool and it was great to have eye’s view of it from the lanai. There was someone out by the pool every morning cleaning it. Very well cared for grounds. The grounds of the property are really stunning. It is also a 3 minute walk to the nearby shopping area and farmer’s market. I would recommend this unit and this location time and time again. Thank you for providing the perfect spot for our family vacation.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our graduation celebrations . Very easy access and communication was perfect . Perfect location for trips either to the north shore, or south shores for adventures and sightseeing. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect! Walking distance to dining right on the beach, great breakfast place, farmer’s market and cute shops and market. The view from the balcony was perfect. We could just sit outside and relax with an amazing ocean view!

This condo is perfectly located in the Kapaa area, with great access to all parts of the island. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
The master bedroom with king bed is roomy and comfy with nice bedding, and the cool winter breeze made a/c unnecessary. The second bedroom with queen bed was equally comfortable.
Having a washer and dryer inside the unit is important to us, as we spend several weeks in Hawaii and need to do laundry a few times while there. So we appreciated having that as an amenity.
We’d absolutely recommend this unit, and would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful! I hope to come again! The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. There is a really big beach & a beach restaurant about 20 yards away on a path that follows the shore (to the left of the pool, you can do it barefoot). Follow the path a bit further and you can walk to a market of shops, groceries, restaurants, snorkel rental and/or schedule stuff to do. The condo was clean, neat and comfortable for 2 teens and 2 parents. Smart tv and internet worked fine. My 13 year old loved the pool and beach! Beach towels supplied were great too!

We loved our stay at Lae Nani 222! Very clean property complete with everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach gear (chairs, body boards, snorkeling equipment) we’re a super nice touch. The location is very convenient for making day trips to the north shore or west side of the island. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again!

Lae Nani is central to almost anything you'd want to do on Kauai. The beach in front of the property is quite nice, and the pool is a great amenity, as well. The unit is large, well maintained and well equipped. The king and queen beds were comfy, especially since we were tired from hiking and snorkling! Check in/out was easy. Krisha was easy to work with when we had a minor issue.

Do not hesitate to rent this unit. The trade winds running through this condo were so good that no air conditioning was needed. Making this even a better adventure!!

Great Experience
My family of four had an amazing experience in Kauai at Lae Nani 222. We stayed for 10 days and the property more than met our expectations. The location and view are unbelievable. The property was clean, well-stocked and easy to access. Much thanks to Krisha for communicating with us so promptly, answering our questions and making our stay smooth and relaxed. Would definitely return again.

We absolutely loved our stay- the condo property description was totally accurate regarding the location, unit amenities, VIEW, etc. The unit was very clean & well maintained. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Equal distance to the South and North end of the island. AWESOME views from the balcony! Krisha w the property management group was very responsive and provided all the info we needed on a timely basis. She was a very warm host. We will definitely be staying in this exact unit again and highly recommend it to others!

This was a great location for our family of four, which includes two kids under 5. The property itself has everything you need to relax - pool, beach, beach equipment etc. Also very conveniently located with restaurants/bars near by. Beaches on north and south side are within an hour of drive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
