Summary:
Fabulous ocean view from this top floor condo and plenty of space for everyone. Bedroom has air conditioning!
The Space:
This top floor (3rd) condo has one of the best views on the island. From your living/dining area and lanai you can view Wailua Bay and even watch the Humpback whales breach in the winter months.
As you can see from the photos, it is an updated and very comfortable condo vacation home that any family would love.
A special feature for this condo is that it has two twin beds in the bedroom pushed together as king bed and can be separated as needed.
Our property is second to none for convenient location and beautiful grounds. Visit our new Koi pond!
Within a short walk of several very good restaurants and shopping not to mention our great beach where you can swim, boogie board or just relax.
We have free parking, free tennis and great lawns for your pleasure.
This condo has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom for added comfort for sleeping.

Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend renting a car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

We are available by phone and are at the property almost every day. We do not live onsite.

This walkup third-floor unit was very clean, quiet, well appointed, and had an amazing view of the grounds and ocean bay. The photos don't do this property justice! The landscaping and foliage were stunning and immaculately maintained as was the large pristine saltwater pool! We felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. Our only recommendations for improvement would be to have a 2nd chaise lounge on the lanai as well as 100% cotton sheets on the bed (the 100% polyester ones were unbearably hot and uncomfortable!)

What a gorgeous view from this condo! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. I would give it 5 stars except there is no elevator and being older it was not easy taking luggage and groceries up and down the stairs. Also the a/c in the bedroom was very loud. Otherwise it was a great place.

GREAT LOCATION, PEACEFUL PROPERTY EASY WALK ALONG BEACH PATH TO MULTIPLE RESTAURANTS. EASY DRIVE TO AIRPORT. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS PROPERTY!
