Clean, comfortable, good value-for-money. Room was as pictured, here's even a nice little garden with a patio. Public transport into town (bus 80a) was excellent as well. An easy 8 out of 10 for sure.
It's a guesthouse so the quality of your stay will be dependent on the quality and personal standards of the other guests. I was unfortunate to be staying when some of those guests were a little less careful about leaving the bathroom in a dry state, not cooking foul-smelling foods, and not leaving the kitchen extractor fans running at 11pm - which then vibrated into my room directly above the kitchen. There's little the hosts can do about any of that, but it was a minor annoyance. The place itself is great though and I would stay there again.

It’s a great location, reasonably priced as we were attending a wedding nearby.
The shared kitchen could do with a bit of ‘love’ - as the oven door didn’t fully shut!
You don’t get to see anyone as it’s all done by codes - but this may be great for other people.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean bedrooms. The kitchen and toilet were both clean at very high standards. The whole building was always quiet, and you can hardly hear others in their rooms, except if you meet, then at the stairs, you know someone else is in the property.
Check it wascvery easy and secure. We received the access code just at the right time. No faf at all.
