Great little apartment, modern and clean.

Central location, easy to find and clear and proper instructions about arrival, stay and departure. The house was cosy and had everything for a pleasant stay.
Around the front door it could be a little bit cleaner and the kitchen forniture was pretty basic. It would be good to have some more and better pans to cook.

Loved the apartment, it had everything you needed, great location, near bus stops into the centre of town, good local pubs, nice park nearby and few good shops.
I didn't like the bed frame, was metal and stuck out a few inches from the mattress and was a bit difficult trying not to bang your legs on it, the mattress was lovely and comfy.

The location was a lovely quiet area, just 2 miles from York. The apartment was cosy and clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I genuinely can't name a bad thing about this place!

Excellent location for getting into central York by bus (bus stop less than a minute away) and for getting to the ring road to drive elsewhere.

The bus is only £2 into York, nice modern kitchen and bed was very comfy

Bedroom was a good size and very comfortable.
Bathroom was clean and a good size to move around in.
The seating area was quite small the table was to small to have a main meal on.

Convenient, clean and well maintained even has a washing machine and an iron
Mattress was far too soft and a litte over priced for what it is had we not of been let down the first night of our honeymoon by the original hotel we where staying at we'd of tried to find another hotel for a similar price rather than a small 1 bed flat
