Cristina was an excellent host, with good, clear communication before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with charming nautical decor, and everything worked - we appreciated the aircon! It was also quiet. We loved the location on Guidecca, close to Palanca. We had a great stay.

We really liked our stay here. Adults, my teen, and my 7 yr old all enjoyed it. There are restaurants a short walk away. Also very easy walk to the local supermarket. We got water-bus tickets for our stay in Venice and used it to get to and from the core part of Venice - the bus stop is very close to this rental house.
The starfish motif is very cute and well done. Checkin was easy. We arrived via the train station, then took the water bus to the house.
Host was very nice, explained everything to us, and was gracious to hold our luggage early, and then also after our checkout (we checked out at 11, but didn't leave for the airport until 3).
Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the location and Cristina couldn''t have been more gracious. This is nicely decorated and consistent with the advertisement. . The sofa and chairs in the living room were not real comfortable but the beds were just fine for our group. The bathroom floors were not as clean as we expected but okay. All in all you can't go wrong renting this apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Cristina is fantastic as a host/hostess.
