I had to reserve hours before arriving in Osaka. Since my plane was delayed and I couldn't catch my shinkansen, the staff kindly waited for me upon my arrival after midnight. Not at all noisy despite being close to the train station. I will stay here on my next trip. Don't forget to reserve your breakfast the night before.

Room was disgusting, got sick and has a sore throat since i stayed, couldnt breathe well, literally no oxygen in the room.

The location and friendly staff.
We knew the bed was going to be small, but would book a larger bed next time. The property was excellent and we will stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was really good. The location is also good since it is only a 4-minute walk to Shin-Osaka station exit 7

Super friendly staff, really close to shin-osaka station, and the metro. Amenities were solid.
The room size was quite small, a table and chair was added to the room but there wasn't enough space to sit on it with two people's worth of luggage in the room.

Clean, not expensive. Cozy and quite to rest after sightseeing. Staff are friendly especially at the breakfast buffet area.
The room is a little small even we were just 2 person per room.

Convenient location
Extra small room, small bed, room smells really bad, no proper ventilation, if you need anything the front desk never answer your call, charged 3 times than actual price.
