This perfectly supplied, enchanting property allowed our extended family to be together for a destination wedding with room for all of us to prepare and enjoy meals, relax poolside or walk to the gorgeous beach, sleep comfortably in private spaces, and truly enjoy being together!

We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing house in Kailua. The check in process was smooth. We were met by a host who gave us a tour of the house. Our first impression of the house was extremely favorable. The pictures match the house. The only slightly unusual feature of the house was that one of the queen beds is in an "open" section of the house. This bed would be more ideal for a couple of younger of children, but you are a couple who wants privacy, there is no privacy in this bedroom. I would recommend a picture/floorplan of this section of the house. Otherwise, the pool/hot tub/back yard are fantastic. The water was clean. The hot tub did require a bit of communication with the property manager to learn how to use (the iPAD that controls the hot tub was not working), but the property manager was very helpful. We got the hot tub heated and bubbly in no time. The house was perfectly clean, and the landscaping is great. The kitchen is great! All the appliances worked perfectly. We could not figure out how to get the espresso machine to work, but thankfully the coffee maker was just fine. There are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. There are plenty of towels, and the laundry was easy to use. We did towel laundry almost every day as the amazing pool and beach (2 houses away!) were used several times per day. Overall, we would definitely stay at this house again. I highly recommend this house for large family gatherings or a few smaller families who just want to hang out.

Lastly, even if you turn off your music and are speaking at a normal volume outside past 10pm, neighbors WILL call police and complain. The police confirmed we were not loud, there was no issue, and that this neighborhood is quick to complain. Our group had such a fun time here. Lots of great places to hang out and the pool area was like having a resort all to ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked and knives were sharp which is a nice surprise for a rental.

Really beautiful place. Enclosed yard/pool area is gorgeous - landscaping phenomenal- view of green out almost every window - interior is gorgeous, full of island details - Kailua beach / bay a very short walk out the driveway and down a path. Upon arrival no electricity to parts of the house including the AC to the living quarters by pool. Pool/Jacuzzi heater wasn’t working. Took us til 2nd day to find a sub panel in pantry with tripped breaker. Took til afternoon of 3rd day to get heater working. The floor plan as displayed online does not accurately show how 4 bedrooms are connected - that you have to walk through someone eles’s room to get in and out. This home is in residential neighborhood and one neighbor is fierce about turning on a very bright light that shines into back patio - they then begin to flash it on and off at 9pm. Says 3 car parking - and we did - you need to be a very good driver, with help, to stack them in. That’s about it. Oh - a little surprise the day before we were to leave - prop. Mngr. showed up with cleaning lady to check us out. Quickly resolved. Prop. Mngr. seems like a nice person.

The pool and hot tub area are connected by a waterfall and rival any resort in beauty and comfort. Kailua Beach is truly an easy walk, maybe 50 yards, and is one of the most amazing beaches you will ever step foot on. There is a huge refrigerator and freezer for feeding a large group. The kitchen needs a larger stock pot, working can opener and sharper knives to make the chef happy. Check in and check out were simple. I would highly recommend this beautiful Kailua vacation home.

My family of 5, had the pleasure of recently spending 8 nights in this beautiful home. Although there were 3 extra beds that did not get used, the spaciousness of this home really was worth it as we all had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. We really could have taken along another 3 couples to fill those beds and still would have had plenty of room to be spread out and all have our own space. Although check in time is around 3pm, Mitchell, one of the property managers, sent us a message that he would meet us at the house at 12:30 for an early check in, since our flight landed at a little after 11am. That was a nice surprise that was unexpected but greatly appreciated. He did a walkthrough with us to show us where things were located and how to use the spa controls. We also had a huge pan of delicious bread pudding with chocolate sauce waiting on us from Steven (also a property manager) which was so thoughtful. Mitchell was prompt and courteous for any request we had and also made arrangements for a few hours of later check out the day of leaving since our flight out didn’t leave until 3:30. The kitchen is well stocked with any cookware and utensils you could need for cooking and is large, spacious and very beautiful. There were a ton of towels and beach towels provided which made it nice to not have to worry about washing towels constantly (although there are 3 sets of washers and dryers) for when using the pool, spa or a day at the beach. The laundry room was also well stocked with pool toys, beach toys, chairs and boards and even had rain umbrellas for you to use if you needed them. We were in bed early most nights from being from the east coast and never had any disturbances. The street is quite and the neighbors were exceptionally friendly. With all this said, the most spectacular thing about this home is the attention to detail and thought that has went into its decor and landscaping along with it being extremely comfortable. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to look at. I honestly didn’t know if we’d use the pool and spa that much with being such a short walk to the beach but both were utilized everyday and are amazing. The decor is phenomenal, and the lush landscaping is something everyone should dream of having in their own backyard. Mahalo for helping us make a rare family vacation into one we will never forget.

There is so much attention to detail put in to this home. The beach is walking distance and amazing. The pool was so nice to have. We utilized it from the moment we arrived. Our party included 12. There was room for everyone to spread out and have privacy as well. There were so many outdoor spaces to hang out as well. 3 washers/dryers made laundry so easy. Beach/ pool towels provided as well as beach gear. Everything is conveniently located to the property. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I organized a family reunion at this property and to celebrate my parent's 55th anniversary. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, inside and out. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and the beach access was so easy. It offered us the privacy that we wanted along with all of the amenities needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice, big home near a pristine beach.

The house was clean. Not every bedroom had air conditioning but the air conditioning in the main rooms cooled those bedrooms just fine. Parking was difficult but we were shown how to fit our 3 cars. The home is in a nice neighborhood and the neighbors help enforce the rules. The managers customer service was outstanding, from the initial tour of the facility to emails and calls for support. Our flights leaving wasn’t until later in the day, without even asking they reached out and told us that we could check out later, their care and concern for our “fun” was perfect. We would recommend this rental and the property managers to anyone looking to stay in Hawaii.

It was wonderful. Parking is a little difficult but we had 3 vehicles and 1 was a 12 passenger van. The house is as nice as pictured. The kids loved the pool and the beach was so close by. The house had everything we needed, including toiletries, lots of boogie boards, kid toys, and kitchen was well supplied. Mitchell and Steven were so helpful. The quiet hours are strictly enforced by the neighbors. Not every bedroom has ac but there is air in each area. It is a great location, plenty of space, indoor and out, lots of shade, gas grills and so much more. I would stay again and recommend this house!

We have stayed at many properties in Hawaii and this is by far the best. The home is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is amazing - steps away from our favorite beach in Hawaii. We had two families at the house with room to spare. I will be dreaming of the bread pudding for years!
