It was very spacious the staff were very nice and friendly the rooms were very large plenty of food choices
Had a room at the front of the hotel didn’t get any sun so it was impossible to dry towels or swimwear and it was dark not the best to sit out on would request a pool view next time they were much better the shop in the hotel was very small and didn’t stock much like basic toiletries like most hotel shops a supermarket visit is needed or make sure you take everything with you

First of all, the staff. Amazing people. Professional while being extremely nice and gentle with the whole family. They were all amazing. When I mean everyone, I mean everyone, reception, cleaning staff, pool animation staff, restaurant and bar people. Really felt very cozy thanks to them.
It's hard... I loved almost everything, maybe the pool could close a bit later like 20h instead of 19h, but I am also sure that you made the studies and there is a reason for it. So, apologies for the comment, but it was the only improvement I could think of.
