Location was absolutely perfect for where we needed to be and an added bonus of a free street parking space outside (not allocated to the apartment). Team were friendly and helpful with great communication

Établissement conforme à la description, très propre, bonne literie, cartier calme pas loin du centre ville. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande cet établissement.

The apartment is in need of renovation. It feels very outdated and worn, and the building itself could also use some improvements—for example, the elevator was covered with paper, which gave a neglected impression. The listing also states that parking is available, but this is misleading. There is only a small public street parking area nearby, and it was practically impossible to find a space. We ended up having to use a paid public garage instead. The parking option was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment, so this was particularly disappointing. There was also a renovation taking place in the studio next door, which made the stay noisy, and the shared corridor was covered with building materials. In addition, the owner of the apartment decided to replace an internal door during our stay, which was very poor planning. We had to adjust our plans to avoid being in the apartment while the workers were there. It is also very unpleasant when maintenance work is carried out inside an apartment that has already been rented to guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not book this apartment again.

Bien equipado y bien situado.
