The location, staff, the property facilities. I highly recommend people use this property as stay was good. We will get a nice good view to the kabegi mountain and will definetrly enjoy the saty. The breakfast was also nice!!

Beautiful and centrally located. It was an easy walk to the center on the town. The room was very comfortable and the views were insane! Breakfast was also delicious and the hosts were very kind. Highly recommended in Kazbegi.
The shared balcony gives zero privacy. It needs to be partitioned better.

Beautiful view! The top floor has three rooms with their own dedicated kitchen. We booked them for our parents, and they cooked both breakfast and dinner there every day
The rooms look a bit smaller than in the photos, but that wasn't an issue at all. Since there was no heating on in September, it got a little chilly at night.
