Only the outside scenes of mountains.

The charlet was not much clean. The charlet was hidden behind the other charlets so the scenes of mountains were hidden and not as described in the pictures. so many dogs roaming around the property and inside property that was annoying. No mini bar at hotel The markets were far away about 1.5km down the mountains and need to walk 25min if you need anything to buy or eat at restaurants.

The place and ambience was extremely good. The owner's daughter was handling the management of the cottage. She was extremely kind and tried to accommodate all the help and amenities we required. If we visit the place we will choose the same cottage. Morning breakfast though simple but really awesome home made food. Look forward. Thanks.

Everything was perfect! Our host Elli and her family are really nice, helpful people. They have two sweet small dogs 💖 when we wanted to eat breakfast 2 hours earlier it wasn't a problem at all. Price is very affordable. I recommend it totally

It was a little bit cold in the room at the morning, but we had a blanket so it wasn't a problem

A fine view

Many missing points compared to the rest of Georgian experiences. No cleaning when staying 2 nights. Late breakfast and must wait for it even longer. A very small room.

Nice view from the room and terrace

We asked if it was possible to have breakfast earlier and the host told us that she would prepare for us a container with food. In the morning it turned out that there was no container prepared. I could have understand if she told us there was no option for earlier breakfast, but since she promised to prepare something for us, I think she should have kept the promise.

Guesthouse has perfect location, breathtaking view to mount Kazbegi, the owners are super friendly and helpful, they offered us nice coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Great view of the mountains from the deck in front of the house. A quiet place. Cute friendly dog. The host was going. To town and saw us waiting to walk down and offered us a ride once.

There was no one there when we went to check in, then we found an older lady in the common room. She called the owner who showed up a short time later. She speaks almost no English but her young son can translate. We had to ask four times for the heat to be turned on the first night. We were cold. Subsequent nights we asked once or twice for heat. Breakfast was not ready until at least 9am, sometimes later, making it impossible to get an early start. It is quite a walk to get down to the main part of town but not far to walk to the wooded area above the house. We noticed that Germans got whatever they asked for and the food was better when the Germans were staying. Coffee was instant and no creamer or milk (until the Germans asked for it). No coffee or tea at night. The bathroom had no shower stall so if you took a shower the whole bathroom was wet for a long time (including the toilet seat and rug). The wardrobe had no hangers.

I had booked the deluxe double room. I must not have read closely enough or looked close enough at the listing because I booked with the impression that I had booked a separate chalet. However, I booked one of the bedrooms in the guesthouse which is distinct from the chalets. I know that I’m not the only one who makes that mistake because I heard guests arrive in a guest room after me with that same mistake. So if you want a chalet, you have to book a chalet and not one of the guest rooms. That being said, the guest room was supremely comfortable. The bed was nice and cozy, the flooring caught my eye. The family was very nice, they have a cute little dog too. They prepared a breakfast. My bedroom had a window over the porch that looked out into the yard with the chalets and the mountains across the valley. Cozy bedroom and experience even if the guesthouse distinction was not immediately obvious to me.

Cottages were ok.

Stayed in one of the cottages for 1 night. Arrived there late afternoon together with the owner by chance (I guess I was lucky regarding the timing?). Checkin was done in a rush (giving me some keys and showing me the cottage, the person spoke no English). Afterwards the person left again. The cottage itself was alright. Next to a few cottages there is a house with some rooms to rent out and it seems somebody is living there (maybe the owner? I dont know). According to the description breakfast is available. However, the living room/dining room was locked in the morning. Nobody was around when knocking on different doors around 8-8.30am. So, no breakfast and more importantly no checkout. However, I had to leave and left the keys in the cottage. The payment was still outstanding and I asked the booking website to find a way. An hour later somebody (the owner?) called me (again hardly English) and freaked out that I did not pay. The person texted me and called me around 30 times. I offered payment methods via booking, paypal, western union and other providers. The person insisted that I should come back, however, I was already more than 50km away. The conversations via chat continued over the next days as I tried to find a way to make the payment. The owner was very reluctant in provinding personal details to instruct the payment. Finally, I got in trouble with the police at the airport/immigration due to the outstanding payment and almost missed my flight home. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION. There are other very nice cottages with proper reception and staff available just 500m away.

The view is amazing.

Breakfast could be more diverse. Some toasts and butter would be great.

Absent host, hard to get the necessary information regarding the cabin and other relevant information. Nice cabins but misleading pictures on the difference between the cabin and attached guesthouse.

The view was wonderful. They had a lovely deck where you could see the mountains. Room was clean.

A little far from town, but you need to be to overlook the mountains.
