PDL Green House

We stayed there for only 2 nights. The apartment was great and really spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything looks super new and so clean. The bed was good. Wifi worked perfectly. I think they clean the rooms every day as ours was cleaned and rearranged (which I think can be avoided as we were staying only 2 nights). The kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom had towels and hair-dryer. The check-in/check-out was super easy (no keys, only codes, and Lourenço is in contact on whatsapp for anything needed). The apartment is really close to the city centre, an easy 5 minutes walk to restaurants and pedestrian streets. The street in front of the apartment is not busy at all and you can sleep without problems. We were on the ground floor and we did not use the rooftop terrace so no idea about it. There are a lot of plugs for charging things.

There was some smell (I think from humidity) but it was not a major problem.

The room was very nice with lots of thoughtful details. Also very spacious, perfectly clean, and it had a super comfortable bed. The rest of the house was very clean as well, and it has a great rooftop terrace to hang out. Also, perfect location – basically right in the middle of town, but in a small and super quiet street. Public and cheap (at night even free) parking in front of the house, where we always found a spot. Lastly, Lourenço is a super nice guy, and he was helping immediately once we had a question.

Appartamento moderno e funzionale ma soprattutto molto pulito. Posizione perfetta, si è già nel centro di Ponta Delgada con tutti i locali facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

La stanza veniva rassettata e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani ogni giorno, abbiamo molto apprezzato Posizione centrale vicina a tutto (ristoranti/supermercati/farmacia) Parcheggio in strada a pagamento 60 cent orari
