Walking distance of the waterfront and the old port. Modern furniture and amenities.
Not much really, apart from the price, but this seems to be the norm over a weekend in Portland.

It was convenient to many locations.
Housekeeping came in even though we put no thanks on the door. They didn’t bother to restock the coffee or cups, or empty the used coffee. The shower leaked through the door and onto the floor and the sink pretty much the same. Great water pressure from the sink but a dribble from the shower. The sliding bathroom door kept coming open as well. Not the best place for a little privacy.
