L'emplacement sur la marina et tout à côté de Venice et de la plage Santa Monica. On peut tout visiter à pied. Le parking. L'équipement parfait pour cuisine, la déco et l'espace de l'appartement

Le contact avec la personne pour la remise des clefs...un véritable escape game et on a eu un gros doute sur la véracité de la location lorsqu'on nous indique l'adresse qui au final n'est pas du tout la bonne... Nous avons dû téléphoner 3 fois pour obtenir les renseignements pour la clef cela a pris 1h à 3 pour decrypter le parcours pour obtenir la clef car la personne au téléphone ne comprenait pas que l'on ai pas reçu les photos et détails envoyé par booking.com... Or booking.com n'envoie jamais de photos...avons dû passer pas WhatsApp... Au final tres bonne surprise ! l'endroit est très chic donc pas d'affolement. Le parking pour la voiture top, c'est celui qui est vers la piscine à droite en arrivant dans la rue.

Clean and comfortable

The flat was very clean, bright and spacious. Very comfortable beds and nice warm shower. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Do not stay with these dishonest and uncaring people, they firstly list the wrong location of the property and you have to find it yourself and then don't respond to emails, just overall horrible people to deal with, stay elsewhere in Marina Del Rey for peace of mind, they don't care.

Propery 'is very good. Ideal for both couples and families. Kitchen and other facilities meets expectations.

It will be perfect to put complimentary water.

The host lied in the Ad . The Ad said two (2) bedrooms and three beds. There was one (1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom. There was an area with a wall that had bed in it and I guess the plant was supposed to be privacy barrier but are was wide open with no door . There was no pull out bed. We eventually found mattress in the closet . We had paid $4k for 6days. My friend was very upset as she felt because the AD was misleading we did not have privacy of second bedroom booking .com . The owner then retaliated and accused us of destroying his mattress which we found in closet. He proceeded to harass us after we left and demanded that we pay an extra 1k and then told us there cameras in the apartment and would put the 1k on our credit report . We called booking.com. We had pictures of the AD and the apartments and mattress and how we left the apartment . We were told to just block host and that he was trying to scare us into paying more . Furthermore we found out the apartments is not even supposed to be used as airbnb as it leased. I was honestly shocked by the experience as I travel a lot and never had experience like this.

Very nice apartment in a small complex with a pool and a hot tub and convenient underground parking. Host Anna has been very responsive and attentive to our needs, she also gave us very helpful tips about the area. The apartment was clean and has had everything we needed.
