Location
Any additional request comes at a cost, and very hard to speak to a human with any request, always AI and then you are ignored

Great location (was collecting my daughter from Uni). Beds comfortable and nice desk in the main room. Kitchen well equipped though didn;t use very much
Fire doors were very "strong". A little bit noisy in the mornings with deliveries to the Sainsbury;s opposite. Parking caught me out on Sunday afternoon.

Fantastic location in centre of town. Modern, immaculately clean and comfortable.
No negatives - everything was great
