Grand Balyan Hotel & Restaurant

The property was very close to the Grand Bazar like max 5 min walk from the hotel. It is close to all the other attractions like Blue Mosque and Aijah Sofia. The receptions their Ms. Sofia is a wonderful wonderful person she goes out of her way to help, she is very friendly me and my family loved her she guided us very well and helped us with what we needed to understand. We believe that honestly she deserves a bonus. She is always very well informed. We were having a problem with the return transfer to the airport and she helped us find the right way to arrive in time because we were unaware of the traffic situation going to the Sabiha international Airport all thanks to her we were able to arrive on time at the airport.

To be very honest the property was ok in-sense of cleanings, we had our room on the 4th floor at night we could hear the music at the restaurant it wasn’t as quiet as we were expecting. The last thing the breakfast could be a little better.

The rooftop patio with view of the city and sea was excellent! Breakfast was fresh and filling, Sofia in reception was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was perfect. Walked to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and the waterfront as well as mini marts and many restaurants.

The only thing was the bed was quite hard. But that would not stop us from staying here again!

Colazione scarsa e pochi tavoli. Non c’era posto per tutti alle ore 8 quando apriva il buffet. Le lenzuola erano dure e sembravano degli asciugamani da bagno. Inoltre erano piccole per un letto da 2 persone
