Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! It has hardwood floors, a new 43" flat screen, internet, and everything you need for that vacation get-a-way. The dining table seats six. Newly painted and new bedding in both rooms. There is one Queen bed, one brand new King bed, and a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time! Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. Excellent with one exception: The "stopper" in the Master bedroom sink would not stay up to allow water to drain out of the sink. We had to either lift the silver stopper and hold it until the water was drained or place a fingernail file under the stopper to keep it open so the water would drain. All else was great.

Great location on the Comal within walking distance of restaurants & Schlitterbahn. The property was clean & looks like it was recently updated, except for the AC unit & windows. Only a few complaints: Mattress or box spring in main bedroom is super loud with the slightest move making it difficult to get a good nights rest; 2nd bedroom wasn't 2 twin beds so one of our kids had to sleep on the sofa; the AC unit is loud and hums in the main bedroom very loudly while on, it's so loud that it woke everyone up each time it kicked on, and because the weather striping on the patio door & old drafty windows it's constantly running. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

Great Location!! We could put our tubes in right by the pool and then float for about an hour and 1/2 and then it would take us like 5 mins to walk back home after we got out at the last take our point. Condo was very clean and it located across the street from Schliterbaun. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice & clean. The location was convenient to everything especially the simple 2 block walk to catch Rockin S Shuttle bus that took us a couple miles to rentals, then floated Comal and property halfway point thru float made it easy to exit the water with stairs to property, grab quick lunch, then resume float. The only downside was under ground parking, very hard to navigate in/out around huge concrete beams. We parked in adjacent lot but very limited spots, go quick.

We love staying at these condos. We have stayed in several different ones at Inverness but the wine and dine 309 has been our favorite. Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner. See ya next summer comal and #309!
