This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the ideal spot for your kid-friendly family! Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area. Just a short walk across the street and you are at Vons, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre! The Chateau Blanc complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit features floor to ceiling windows, wood-burning stove, vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and unobstructed views of the Sherwin mountains. The master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins, with the third bedroom featuring two twin beds, TV and DVD player. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no stairs to this unit, two levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. PLEASE NOTE: There is no access to laundry facilities in the unit or at the complex. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: There is nearby construction at the Mammoth Creek Park, this construction will be ongoing for the next 1 year. We have no control over town owned neighboring construction. Beautiful home!
We had a great time at this rental! The view of the mountains are great, lots of space for the 8 of us. My only concern is that the water tank is small so we had to take quick hot showers or waited in between. But overall a good stay for a big group. Close to everything and easily accessible.

Make sure the rooms are detailed about what is there. I assumed all three bedrooms had a queen.

location very convenient close to the stores and easy to drive to the lakes. Cabin was fearly clean. Good for a family and is affordable.

Awesome winter condo
Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen. Very close location to Vons and all the restaurants in that area. Nice unobstructed views of the mountains to the south and kiddie park right next door with access to walking, running, and biking paths that go around town. The queen beds are small but this place is clean.

Great end unit Condo!
Great place with a great view of the Sherwins! Close to the resort and Vonn's and myriad dining options. Check out the Mammoth close by for dining.

Family Snowboarding Trip
I am very pleased with the entire experience. The condo was amazing and the entire staff (from the office to the gentlemen plowing the packing lot) were friendly and professional. The Condo was clean, spacious, and in a very convenient location in regards to the resorts. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Family time
The condo was perfect in every way. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clean, spacious, and close to everything! The location was perfect and there's plenty of room for everyone. Bring extra towels as you only get 1 per guest.

The best!!
We have used Mammoth Sierra Reservations for several years now and have never been disappointed. The condos are always clean and well supplied. Reservations are easy and you can arrive late and your keys are there ready for you. I highly recommend them for your next trip to Mammoth.

Awesome condo!! it has all the stuff (dishes, Trash bags, good heating, nice comforters, clean beds etc..) . Just take your food items and walkin.. nice view from the patio. Property was very clean.. Everything was great!!

Well equipped, clean, and good LOCATION!
Check in/check out was a breeze, just grab your keys and parking permit at the office, and drop off the keys at the drop off box at the same place. The office is only 2 minutes from the cabin, and there's a Vons right across the street which is a plus if you need to stock up any food/drinks/essentials. Plenty of food nearby as well. 10-15 minutes up to the mountain. The house was 2-story, the only down side is the kitchen and living room are located upstairs, so you need to climb up a stair to bring the food/drinks up. The kitchen, bath, and rooms are all fully equipped and very clean. There're three rooms and two bathrooms, so it's perfect size for a party of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Although there're two bathrooms,we would suggest not to take shower at the same time because hot water is not enough for two showers. So just take turn! We received wrong information in our email regarding to parking arrangement. It says "two assigned parking spots are located in a parking garage numbered #105"; however, we could not find any parking garage in the complex nor any numbered spots. We called the office immediately and figured out the information was incorrect. We just park in front of the house. Overall, the rental experience was better than what we expected. I would recommend this property!

Excellent. This was a perfect place for an extended family get together. Close to town, park next door for the, and a pool with a view of the mountains (never did find the sauna listed though).

Great accommodations for a fantastic stay at Mammoth Lakes
Great accommodations, very comfortable for 6 adults. The condo was really centrally located and easy to get all restaurants, shopping areas and gas stations. Parking at the condo was really great, especially for three vehicles. And to make it was an end unit with great views of the mountains around Mammoth Lakes. We would definitely rebook another fantastic vacation there. Thank you for a great time!

Great location, good size
Great location. Bigger than we ended up needing, but cheaper than some of the smaller options in the area. However, there was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen sink. Not sure what it was, maybe some old milk in the drains or something. But the beds were comfortable. Shower could have been cleaner.

Location was very good, close to Von's centrally located, odd layout with living room, kitchen upstairs was disappointed in the large 8-10 inch stain on the living room carpet. property quite dated the seat cushions on the kitchen table were torn and old and was not informed there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Yes I'm aware it's cooler up there but it was hot during the day. Need to provide more bath towels. It was fairly reasonable but a little underwhelming

A great stay with some caveats
My friends and I had a great stay here, was an excellent value for 8 people.
Pros
-Real woodburning fireplace in living room!
-Big 2 floor layout, very comfortable. Easily houses 8 people.
-Convenient to the mountain
-Clean and well maintained with everything you need to cook, plenty of towels, blankets, etc.
-Excellent value for the money
Cons
-Beds (especially singles) are older and quite uncomfortable
-Hot tub wasn't working properly during our stay
I'd still stay here again on a trip to Mammoth if the price is right!

Overal great place to stay. Great view of the mountains and close to the hot tub. Great fireplace and living room set up also! One of the two showers didn't work which was a bummer with 8 people, but other than that it was nice

Perfect Mammoth stay
Stayed here for two nights with a group of 8 for a ski/snowboarding trip.
This rental met all our expectations. It was in a very convenient location, close to the shuttle stops and Vons. The place was large, warm, and well furnished, and all 8 people slept comfortably.
The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans for cooking and plates/utensils for eating.
All in all, we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The condo is clean and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and stores. The condo could use some remodeling inside, looking old. I would stay there again.

The Condo was just OK !
The condo was fine. Quite older decor. My only real problem with this place was even with the few upstairs windows open, it was still WARM inside. This place could really use a ceiling fan AT THE VERY LEAST in the living room, but would be even better with one in all the bedrooms too. Just my suggestion for the owners !

First time taking the kids to Mammoth 01/09/16
The place was really clean (a little stuck in the 70s but I like that), and within walking distance to almost. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay with you guys again. The only problems are, only being able to park two cars and that we had so much fun we'll probably need a bigger place next time because more of the family will want to come with.
