Very rude and unprofessional staff, we had the worst experience ever in this property. They charged us for a damaged fee because we took our dog there and they already knew about the dog and the hotel is dog friendly per booking.com, but at the 2nd day we got a call that they charged us already for a damaged fee because that specific room was not dog friendly!!!!!! They are a complete fraud and very rude!!!!

The location is very near restaurants, ski rentals, and ski shops. It is also just across a gas station and souvenir shops. The rooms are surprisingly cleaner than what we expected and was able to bring our pet dog too. The room has a microwave which is rare to find on hotels nowadays.

Would be nice if the breakfast was included or if it's at least an option you can add.

Breakfast was excellent

Breakfast is good. Thank god the windows opened, because our AC didn't work and even when it was set (yes, we made sure it was set correctly), the heat kept turning on. The showers had hot water, and the towels didn't smell weird -- so that goes in the win column.

We registered for a room for 4 people but the room only had towels in it for 2 people. The air conditioning in the room would not work when we adjusted the thermostat (yes, even when we made sure it was set properly). The TV remote didn't work. The website specifically says that parking of additional vehicles is available on a first come first serve basis if you ask at the desk, however when I inquired (twice), they refused to discuss this -- even though there were 10-12 spots available every single night we stayed at the hotel, so clearly they could have accommodated our second vehicle. The toilet flush button was stuck (broken?) and required it to be pushed multiple times to flush. The shower head looked fancy but had a large build up of hard water and sprayed erratically -- it was more like being sprayed with a garden hose at a distance.

Les photos n’ont pas montré que l’hôtel se trouvait derrière une station essence et une station de lavage, ce qui ôte du charme au lieu. Le lendemain matin nous avons été réveillés à 8 heures par un engin de travaux bruyant juste à 1 mètre de notre fenêtre, nous étions très contrariés par ce réveil.

Actually everything was good for me

Room was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is available for an additional $12,00, but it is worth it!

Water pressure from the shower felt a little bit low.

Had breakfast at the hotel. Good omelets, bagels and coffee.
