I loved the location. It is in the heart of the Old Town. Although very close to the vibrant area, the apartment itself was very quiet. Also the hosts are very kind. The apartment is renovated, the kitchen is equipped and the fridge had two bottles of complimentary water.
The lack of lift ( which we were aware of in advance); the bed which is old-fashioned; the flush in the toilet was leaking resulting in the floor becoming constantly wet.

Great location - walking distance to most places. Surprisingly quiet considering you are in quite central. Cafes, restaurants, ferry, harbour all close by. Very clean - just were really lovely
Just a very, very minor point - shower head could be connected to the wall instead of hand held -

In a great location just a street back from the harbour. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly and lived downstairs, so handy to leave your luggage if needed. Great chicken restaurant directly across the road

Our stay was wonderful. The location is amazing, right in the centre of the Old Town, within walking distance to beaches, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops etc close by to choose from. Irini, Maria and Paulina are such a lovely family, very welcoming and kind.
As with many buildings in Kos, the stairs to the apartments are steep and could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

"La posizione ottima, centrale e comoda a tutto compresa la fermata del bus a 200 m, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre il check out, host disponibile e gentile reperibile sotto l'appartamento."
