- location
- the host!
-apartment is beautiful and very spacious
- decoration is a plus
- some issues with the bedroom blinds, they get stuck when rolling down.
- due to the location, it’s NOISY! The soundproofing is good, but the motorbike riders in Kalamata are extremely noisy and they bother you all night. It’s not the management’s fault though, this is Kalamata. If you need quiet, stay away from the downtown region

Nothing to report, all good

The apartment was located in the cuty centre, near the main square, close to all shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive, and made a nice welcoming for us, providing also all necessary information and beyond. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, providing very vibrant and positive energy.
The building is a bit older, but this is no issue, it is very safe.
