Ruhig, sauber, alles dabei.

The really cozy apartment was clean, quiet, and things to be considered (shower, toilet paper, WIFI, etc.) were well explained. Information on Kalamata were provided, too. The exchange with the host was friendly and he was very supportive.
It was not possible to open the door/window of the room with the double bed. There is aircondition in both rooms which may help. But if you are (slightly) asthmatic, it might be a problem. In particular, if the little noise of the airconditioner disturbs you.

Location was excellent, walked to nearby cafes for breakfast, coffee, spanakopita best ever at bakery around corner.
Short walk to central Plateia, with many shops, phone merchant, clothes stores and eateries.
Very direct walk to beautiful church. Would stay there again, highly recommended.
I would have loved for the washing machine to work, and a bonus would have been a small microwave.
The old lift was working but had to work out how the door opened from inside, no instructions or handle.
