Great location and local vibes. Minimalistic set up. Beautiful garden and high quality teas.
Some guests were closing their doors too loudly.

Great location and friendly staff.
Tight fit in a single bed room. The noisy air conditioner from the restaurant next door until late at night was annoying.

Wonderful staff, wonderful back garden (though it was under construction mostly) and the location was great to access the GG Park. The heat in the room only dissipated with the windows open and that meant less privacy and more noise. But it was a wonderful stay overall.
No AC. A bit noisy in the back garden too early in the morning but not outrageously so. No sleeping in! It was a very stripped down room; no fridge, (I didn't expect one but just to mention) queen bed felt more of a full size and the TV was at an angle (facing the side of the bed) that wasn't useful but we didn't care about watching anyway.

Super safe location and nice decor.
No toiletries, no water bottle or glasses, needed extra shelving in the bathroom, and the room felt a bit tight needed some extra draws.
