Good location walkable to train station and old town. Comfortable.

The room was quite spacious and clean. Great location, close to old town and beaches. We appreciated the clothes drying hanger, the thing that is usually overlooked.
We loved the balcony so a couple of chairs and a small table would be amazing.
Also, AC needs to be checked. It was making loud annoying noises, so we couldnt keep it working during the night.

The bed is comfy and the location is great.
The fridge is way too tiny. There should be a splitter at every electrical receptacle as if we want to use the water boiler the fridge has to be unplugged and sometimes forgotten. A microwave oven would be greatly appreciated at least in the common room! More cooking facilities would also be great as we were missing dishes, utensils, and a small stove perhaps!

Easy check-in process. Good location. Clean. Great room to just “sleep in” after exploiting Monopoli and its surrounds. We walked from train station with our backpacks.
Quite a small room. Ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t able to contact host. No iron!
