Lipsa parcarii care in pozele expuse pe booking apare o mare parcare...pe cand in realitate masina o tii direct in strada ! Unde o ai expusa oricarui risc de a fi lovita, zgariata, tamponata. Sub pat era totusi praf grosut, ventilatorul din baie nu functiona deloc ( te sufoci cand faci dus ), caldura din camera devine sufocanta, probabil termostatul defect, tv nu mergea decat pe 1 canal turcesc, micul dejun e mai mult pt vegetarieni .

Locația este cam departe de centru, dar dacă nu aveți o problema cu condusul in acest oraș, distanța nu va reprezenta o problema.

Where do I start...😠 well no one really spoke any English which made thigs extremely difficult..the breakfast was really bad, the swimming pool was dirty, and had plastic and bits floating inside, the staff for the pool and spa area were so rude especially the man at the desk with the glasses he was so unhelp disrespectful and angry, he made us feel such bother, as he also completely ignored us to speak those who were of his nationality. THERES MORE...The bathroom smelt of urine, the sheets were not clean, AND TO TOP IT OFF...we saw a COCKROACH in our bathroom the night before we were leaving, if we did not demand to move room they would of happily left us in there, anything you ask for takes ages for a response!! The staff are so unhelpful and rude. (Not all) We asked for the cleaner to clean our room on the third night and sadly she just throw the same dirty towels on the side, had the ordasity to turn the same quilt cover insideout and make our beds, unbelievable, This really spoiled our time in istanbul as we tried to do things to avoid going back to the hotel. The decor and fixtures and fittings are tired, shower just about clinging to the wall, I promise I am in no way exaggerating this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn't wait to get back to my home. This hotel should definitely not be 4 stars, it looks great from outside, but once inside it is a totally different story, the Grand S Hotel is very far from grand. It is an insult to 4 star hotels. I'm absolutely livid. Please avoid by all means.

Most of the staff are begging all the time to give very good rating on Booking.com. The rooms are not clean, neither the toilet, there is mold in the toilet. The hotel needs major maintenance. Defiantly not a 4 star hotel. On Booking.com the hotel is white but when you arrive you don't find the hotel because it is painted in Black

I booked one night at 50 USD when I arrived to the hotel after the midnight the receptionist refused to accept a credit card and insisted on accepting TL he charged me 110.000 TL. at the bank rate if 18.700 that means I was over charged by 20$.

There was a construction work going on and work man started to work from 8am each day. I wasn’t notified about this on going on work during my booking. Therefor my stay wasn’t pleasant at all due to noisy construction. work. I have moved in to 2 different room during 3 days stay.However hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel management was very rude and not well manner. They are lust for money. I did request for my payment refund and I cancelled my stay for one night but the hotel manager strictly refused.

I would like that the hotel should be well lighted, cleaned room, proper washroom maintenance, cleaned. I need my one night safty refund as it’s my right as I cancelled.

Bad smell in the room, the furniture is old, the breakfast smells bad too, and I think I got poisoned from eating in the hotel

we arrived earlier and no one give us permission to check-in earlier even we were with kids sitting in lobby for 2 hours( What’s more they gave us wrong room, we have booked big family room, instead they gave us three people room, just by telling that all family rooms were busy. Rooms are small and need some reconstruction, breakfast is so so, and overall we were not happy at all to stay in that hotel.

I didn’t stay for the breakfast considering the room was so bad, I didn’t want to shower in the dirty bathroom and just wanted to get away from the room as soon as possible because I was bitten several times in the room.

Bathroom needed a thorough cleanse. Broken tap. Vacuuming in the hallway from 22..00 until midnight.Rubbish left in the hallway: half eaten food and empty drink cans. Hard bed. Was being bitten by bed bugs / mites in the room. Poor internet. Really low connectivity. When I complained in the morning, they had nothing for me and were unable to understand English.
