ULIV Antara

The location was amazing. People were friendly and always attentive to our needs. The apartment was in excellent condition. The view from the rooftop was incredible.

Very comfortable

Nothing

Daniel really made my stay here terrific! First I arrived in front of another neighboring building, I was confused and fumbling to find the correct address. Daniel somehow spotted me and came outside and said my name and introduced himself and helped me inside the hotel, this courtesy so impressed me! His helpfulness continued through a quick and easy check in. He politely assisted me to my room carefully explaining how everything worked. Daniel is proof first impressions make a difference. The apartments are very comfortable and nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen. 3 large upscale very close supermarkets added to the kitchen benefits. I found the upgraded apartments facing the Polanco neighborhood to be preferable for me. Excellent Vervan toiletries were a plus. The area is ideal and loaded with fun things to do. Antara, just across the street provided the perfect place to spend daily rainy afternoons.

The location was good and the facility was clean.

The staff was friendly buy unwilling to make changes or addresses the issues we faced with. The TV did not work. None of the coffee, tea, milk or sugers were replaced. The noise from the road was bad and this was not communicated to us or mentioned on the website. There were ear plugs provided in the room which meant that the facility was well aware of the noice issue. We would not sleep well at nights and hence requested that they refund half the value of our stay. The staff then asked us to contact Booking.Com for any refunds which we are doing now
