Casa Marino

The hosts were nothing other than amazing! Netty and Roberta were always there attending to our every need. When the town was out of water in Sorrento one morning they arrived with 6 large bottles of water for us and arranged their plumber to connect their pump to their temporary water tank. In another amazing act of care and kindness when they heard my partner and I coughing due to catching a cold whilst there they greeted us the next morning with a packet of cough lozenges! To top it all off we were offered a hand made parting gift from Netty on our departure. The accommodation was spotless, newly renovated, comfortable bed, beautiful linen and towels. centrally located in the centre of Sorrento and daily topped up complementary snacks and coffee pods every day! Just wow it absolutely blew us away and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Marino to anyone looking at staying in Sorrento.

So glad we chose Casa Marino for our stay in Sorrento! The location is perfect, right at the end of buzzy Corso Italia, with shops and lots of great restaurants right on the doorstep; we loved sitting out on our balcony watching the world go by! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed, and snacks and water were generously replenished on a daily basis. Special shoutout to our wonderful hosts, the loveliest, kindest people you could meet.. I am endebted to them for the care shown to me during our stay.

The hairdryer in the bathroom isn’t very powerful.. It wasn’t a problem for me as I’d taken my own but may be worth enquiring about borrowing one if that’s a consideration.

The room was clean, central and comfortable! The staff were the friendliest we have encountered on our trip to Italy! They were so excited to welcome us and to host us. They were truly interested in our stay and were very helpful when we needed advice and or directions. True beautiful Italians!! We highly recommend Casa Marino!

We wished we had booked a room with a balcony. Next time we will!

Location was great. Staff were amazing and super helpful/friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely return.

It was a little difficult to get a taxi down to the ferry which would have been helpful when taking our luggage. It wasn’t a far walk though.
