Perfect choice in heart of Lissabon! Hotel is located in heart of Lissabon close to restaurants, shops, walking distance to all main locations. It was still rather quiet being on more quiet street. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. We had 5th floor room and did not hear any noice in the night. Excellent selection for breakfast. Clean and seems it has been rather recently renovated.
everything worked perfectly

The staff were outstanding ! All of them took an interest in the guests going out of their way to make you feel at home
The location was excellent and the small size of the hotel allowed the staff to give their guests their utmost attention.

The location was very central and the staff were amazing.
Our room was a bit on the small side.

This hotel deserves no more than three stars and falls well short of the standards expected from a four-star property. The quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience simply does not match its advertised rating.
