Spacious clean house
Lots of stairs, even though there is a downstairs area with everything you will need

Every thing was good the view and location
There’s no heater enough in the house

Penguinden is perched high up the mountain tops in a quiet suburb with breathtaking views of the ocean. We were based on 2 floors. The upper floor is really stunning with no expense spared.
The manager resides on the property and was friendly and helpful.
The ground floor requires some attention, it is older and can do with a face-lift. It would have been good if cleaning services formed part of the cost.

It was perfect. The facilities, the view, everything. Absolutely fantastic.
That we didn't stay longer
