location, staff, clean

Nicely laid out room and bathroom. Excellent shower. Terrace was a very good size. One or two quirky touches raise a smile. Very cheery greeting on arrival. Bed very comfortable.

A request for local adivice from reception in the morning was answered usefully but I felt my query was unwelcome. A smile at some point would have been nice.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. If you like shopping, stay here. All the big shops seconds away. Staff always available and very helpful.

WIFI was very poor. Could've been an issue while I was staying there.

Location and friendly attendant were the only complements I can give.

Vibe was almost like being in a red light district. Room was small poorly laid out. Needs a refresh. Lots of dirt and grime in corners. Hot water never got hot. Air conditioner didn't blow hard and took a long time to cool. For any appliance to work it requires the room key to be inserted in a slot which caused the room to heat all day. Seemed like a hookup hotel. One slow elevator for 5 floors. With all the lights on and curtains open room was dark. Luckily we only needed 1 night which is why I didn't complain to the management.
